Sogole Wellness (“Sogole,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for spa services booked at www.sogolewellness.com or by phone at +2348135181672.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost.
- This fee helps us ensure efficient scheduling and fair compensation for our therapists.
No-Shows
- If you miss your appointment entirely without prior notification (“no-show”), the full service fee will be charged.
Refunds
- We will gladly issue a full refund for services cancelled within the required notice period (as stated above).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking within [Number] business days.
- In the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., sudden illness with documentation), please contact us directly to discuss possible exceptions to the cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a future appointment based on appointment availability.
- The same cancellation policy applies to appointments booked with gift certificates.
Products
- Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund within 5 work days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund.
- Products can be returned to our front desk at Sogole Wellness, Bickley Park Hotel, Plot C, Block 12E Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos during our business hours.
